19 July 2021, the Lead Sheet Training Academy has started a new Hard Metals Specialist Applied Skills Programme. The five Trainees are all from Longworth Building Services Ltd and are on an 18-month journey to complete their level 2 Specialist Applied Skills Programme (NVQ) and City & Guilds.

We are looking forward to seeing how they progress, not only here at the centre but also on site and helping them develop the skills required to become highly skilled Hard Metal Operatives.

Longworth have been supporting the trainees over the past 6 to 8 months within the business, providing them with internal & external training, site experience and technical knowledge of working as a Hard Metal Operative. Good luck on the course from everyone at the LSTA.
