NOCN Level 3 NVQ Heritage Hard & Soft Metals Roofing Operative & City and Guild Accreditation in Traditional Advanced/Heritage Hard or Soft Metal craft. This course is fully funded for companies that are CITB Registered up to £5000.00 with a very small contribution from the employer of only £87.00 registration fee to cover the cost.  The Level 3 hard or Soft Metals Operative is an 18-month Programme consisting of 15 days or 3 weeks training split into 1-week blocks delivered every 6 – 8 weeks, on completion of the training at the centre our assessors will come to site to complete the On-Site Assessment & Training for the NVQ, gathering evidence on knowledge and practical application of being a Lead or Hard metal operative.

CITB have also introduced the “Travel to Train Scheme” which give financial assistance for accommodation, food & travel, where 80% of the costs are covered through this scheme, CITB Grants can be used to offset the employer contribution towards this course. Funding available will significantly reduce the cost to you as an employer and allow you to support the next generation of Lead or Hard Metal workers.
