Here at the Lead Sheet Training Academy we may have the perfect opportunity to become one of our Trainer Assessors.

The Lead Sheet Training Academy provides the highest quality training, delivered by fully industry qualified teaching staff, to those working in the roofing industry. Equipping students with the skills and knowledge they need to pursue a successful career as a specialist roofing contractor.

The primary role of the Assessor/Trainer is to train and assess learners’ performance and related knowledge in Lead and Hard Metals work, and to ensure that the competence and/or knowledge demonstrated meets the requirements of the National Occupational Standards. As part of the assessment team, you will be given the autonomy to lead on training to include Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and the Apprenticeship/NVQ Work Based Learning programmes. So, initiative and flexibility is essential.
