City & Guilds 6055 Leadworkers Certificate
The City & Guilds qualification has been designed for those who want to build on the basic skills they have acquired and progress on to more detailed leadwork.
As a nationally recognised qualification City and Guilds provides proof that you have achieved a high degree of competency in your craft. The Leadworker Certificate course consists of four modules and is approximately 35 days in duration, which you can complete with a combination of 35-day release weekdays and/or Saturday sessions.
The LSA will work with you to put in place a flexible training programme that fits around your work commitments.
The four main modules include flashing details; weatherings; flat & pitched roofs; and cladding & dormers.
A further module is available in decorative leadwork & castings which leads to an Advanced Certificate and requires another 15 days attendance.
